Sock Pattern requires 1 x 100g ball of Opal and 1 set DPN's (double pointed needles) Loose knitter 2.25mm, Average knitter 2.50mm, Tight knitter 2.75mm
Lacy Scarf requires 1 x 100g ball of Opal yarn and 1 pr 3.75mm knitting needles.
With Opal pre-patterned yarn, you can knit to your heart's content without having to worry about managing multiple colour strands or following a complex colour chart. Opal's color changes are complex and subtle, making it a joy to watch the patterns unfold. When you tell people it took only one strand, they will be amazed!
Only one ball of yarn is required to knit one pair of adult socks. Depending on the size of the adult socks there is often enough left over to knit a pair of baby socks too.
