Payment Method

All overseas payments must be by Visa or Mastercard only.

At the checkout you must select the Payment by Credit Card option. (The Bank Deposit option is only for New Zealand residents, or those with a New Zealand bank account.)

Shipping - International Delivery

Orders are sent by International Airmail, and the cost of this is dependent on destination, package size, and weight. For an indication please go to www.nzpost.co.nz

Airmail letter rate: (max weight 200g), minimum NZ$5 including postage & handling.

Airmail parcel post may include up to NZ$5 handling charge.

When shipping costs are over NZ$15 it is our policy to email you first to let you know the total cost including postage and handling, and to get your approval, before dispatching orders overseas.

When shipping costs are NZ$15 or less your order will be processed and shipped automatically.

Delivery time is usually 4 - 12 working days from posting, depending on shipping method and destination.

In any case of non-delivery please contact us by email within 24 days of the shipping date specified in our Shipping Confirmation email. We will replace or refund based on the result of NZ Post's investigations. We regret we are unable to refund, replace, or investigate any missing orders after this period as it is outside NZ Post's claim timeframe.

Please note, import duty varies from country to country according to product, weight and value. It is the purchaser's responsibility to check their country's customs and import duty regulations before placing an order with The Yarn Queen, and to pay any duties applicable on arrival if requested.
