You have the type of yarn I want but not the shade I want it in. Can you get me the shade I want?

Yes, we will do our best to obtain the shade for you as a Special Order.  However, we cannot guarantee that our supplier has it in stock, and the shade may also have been discontinued from the range.   A minimum purchase of a full pack is required (most pack sizes are 10 balls, but some are 5 balls and some are 12 balls.  Please enquire.)  Just send us an email with your request.  Note: Special Orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.
